Conference Fee Structure



The Conference Committee will use the Human Development Index to determine the categories of lower-middle and higher income countries in order to establish the conference registration fee. The following countries are categorised as Higher Income Country Category in our AFHC Membership and include for example Japan, Republic of Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, Middle East, Europe including United Kingdom and Ireland. Other AFHC country members can register at the conference in the lower-middle income country category.  The Conference Committee will decide on the status of income for each member based on the Index below:

Payment - Please complete the conference registration form. Payment options and details are listed on the form.

Registration cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Full refunds will be granted up until 31 August 2012. From the 1st September 2012 cancellation will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of your registration cost.


Insurance – The Conference delegate is responsible for arranging their own travel insurance for their visit to Brisbane. The conference organisers do not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies. You are welcome to contact us for further information about your travel insurance needs.


Disclaimer – The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. "The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause."
